Duties and Responsibilities

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Maps out training plans and develop training programs and opportunities (in house or outsourced).
Conducts training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that needs to be addressed.
Maintains and updates curriculum database and training records of employees.
Assesses training effectiveness and summarizes training evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPI's.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Manages and ensures implementation of the Performance Evaluation.
Provides staff orientation/trainings for new hires as well as for veteran employees.
Investigates and understands the causes of staff absences and tardiness and recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance and punctuality difficulties.
Coordinates career development, succession planning and talent management needs with the HR Manager.
Provides basic counseling to employees who have performance related obstacles.

OTHERS
Performs other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the management.
Complies with company rules and regulations

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Graduate of BS Psychology or Business related courses.
With Supervisory experience in training, development and performance management.
Male or female.
Computer literate.
Proactive, excellent leadership abilities, pleasant personality and customer oriented.
Can work with minimal supervision.

The aftermath of the strong earthquakes in Mindanao have brought the lives of our fellow Mindanaoans into turmoil. Affected families are now staying in evacuation centers in some areas of Cotabato.

We will provide relief operations to at least 200 victims thru goods and funds on November 7 in Cotabato. We are appealing for your support in this humanitarian action.

Donation boxes are placed at the lobby. For cash donations, please look for our HR Associate, Ms. Marliza Tiongco.

Your donations will be a big help. Let us continue to pray for their protection, safety and speedy recovery.
