It is nothing compared to some people’s empire, huge companies etc. It is just a small trucking business that has started last 2010 using one elf van 10ft long unit. It didn’t earned that much back then. No one knew about it and none of us had enough knowledge on how the industry of freight and cargo works. Still, we persuaded what seems to be a blur and probably a weak operation. Engr. Ivan T. Gapuzan, solely, initiated the marketing strategy by placing stickers in every corner and every single post in the streets of Davao City. No heat of the sun nor rain showers stopped him from persuading what he thought he is good at. Gradually, he started gaining clients from one place to another. What seemed to be blurred and helpless, is now starting to acquire direction towards improvement. However, the road towards success is not an easy path. We had experienced a drought season, no bookings, no business transactions, Nothing! Mr. Gapuzan was not just economically challenged but also, emotionally and mentally. He directed his last hope towards Divine interventions. That scant hope he has, made him persevered more. He learned that by being self-less and sensitivity towards fellow men makes a bigger impact not only to oneself but also to the community. From this perspective of life, he was able to instill the values of compassion and professionalism to his employees so that they themselves also, will be able to impart this knowledge and be able to render quality service to the clients. To make the story short, still CY alexis has been in a roller coaster ride this time around however with the guidance of the Almighty God we know we can make it each and every day.
