FM PASS NUMBER CODING SCHEME (Effective April 18, 2020)

FM Passes with control number starting with 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 are ONLY ALLOWED to go out on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY.

FM Passes with control number starting with 2, 4, 6, 8, 0 are ONLY ALLOWED to go out on TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND SATURDAY.

NO FM passes will be allowed to be used on SUNDAYS.
