We are excited to welcome you to the upcoming meet and greet event with our Grand High Skeptron Founding Father Boy Chua, scheduled on June 16, 2024, 8am onwards at the Jessie M. Robredo Coliseum, Naga City.
⚠️To ensure a smooth and successful event, please adhere to the following guidelines; ⚠️
1️⃣. REGISTRATION PROCESS;
• Advance Registration: All members, chapters, municipalities, and city councils are advised to register and fill out registration forms in advance to avoid long lines and delays on the day of the event.
• Registration Time: Registration will start at 8:00 AM. All participants must arrive on time to complete the registration process before the program begins.
• Registration Desk: The registration desk will be located at the entrance of the Jessie M. Robredo Coliseum. Please bring a Valid ID and a copy of Membership Form 002B (hard copy or softcopy for verification).
2️⃣. EVENT CONDUCT;
• Dress Code: Members are advised to wear their fraternity shirt during the event.
• Behavior: All participants are expected to maintain decorum and demonstrate respect towards the speakers, organizers, and fellow members.
• Interaction: Opportunities for interaction with Founding Father Boy Chua will be provided. Please follow the instructions of the event coordinators to ensure orderly conduct.
• Orderliness and Cleanliness: Participants are expected to observe orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event.
3️⃣. LOGISTICS and PREPARATIONS;
• Arrival: Plan to arrive early to avoid any delays. The program will commence promptly at 9:00 AM.
• Seating Arrangements: Follow the seating arrangements as indicated by the event staff. Specific sections may be allocated for different councils and chapters.
• Security: Security measures will be in place for the safety of all attendees. Please cooperate with security personnel and adhere to the venue's regulations.
4️⃣. OTHER INFO'S
• Whole day event
• There will be having a food stall that can sell at affordable price.
• Costumize souvenier Dryfit. Your chapter or council logo can be attach at least 10 pcs. and more.
