📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be advised that the LAST TRIP schedule for passenger pumpboats between Maya Port and Malapascua Island, and from Malapascua Island to Maya New Port, is strictly at 5:00 PM.

In compliance with the latest implementation and regulations of the Philippine Coast Guard, no departures will be allowed beyond 5:00 PM.

We kindly encourage all passengers, tourists, and residents to plan their travel accordingly and arrive at the port ahead of time to avoid inconvenience.

Maayong adlaw sa tanan!
Gusto lang namo i-share sa publiko ang latest fuel price monitoring gikan sa Municipality of Daanbantayan as of March 19, 2026.

⛽ Diesel Prices (selected stations):
• ₱101.90 – ₱110.00 per liter
• Kadaghanan sa presyo karon naa sa ₱103 – ₱110 range
Makita nato nga padayon ang kataas sa presyo sa fuel, nga adunay dako nga epekto sa operational cost sa mga pumpboat.

👉 Mao kini ang usa sa rason ngano nag-adjust ang pamasahe aron masiguro ang padayon, safe, ug reliable nga biyahe para sa tanan.

Maayong adlaw sa tanan!
Gusto lang namo ipahibalo sa publiko nga nag-usab ang fare rates sa pumpboat gikan Malapascua Island to Maya ug vice versa.

🔺 UPDATED FARE:
• Tourist Passenger – ₱240 per person
• Local Passenger (Residents of Malapascua) – ₱190 per person

🔻 DISCOUNT:
• 20% discount para sa Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), ug Students
(upon presentation of valid ID)

📅 Effectivity Date: March 21, 2026

Kini nga adjustment gihimo tungod sa pagsaka sa presyo sa fuel, nga naka-apekto sa operational cost sa mga pumpboat.

👉 Kung moubos ang presyo sa fuel, ang asosasyon mag-adjust usab ug mubalik sa angay nga rate sa pamasahe.

🚤 Boat Fare Rates & ID Guidelines
For all passengers traveling to and from Malapascua Island
Please be guided by the official fare rates and ID requirements:
✅ ₱150 Regular Rate
– For residents of Brgy. Logon, Daanbantayan, Cebu
– Must present a valid ID showing Logon address
♿ Discounted Rates
– Senior Citizens
– PWD
– Students
(With valid ID showing Logon address)
📍 Non-Logon Residents
– Discounts (Senior/PWD/Student) are based on the standard rate of ₱200

🪪 Accepted Valid IDs:
• Barangay ID / Certificate
• Senior Citizen ID
• PWD ID
• School ID
• Voter’s ID / Certification
• PhilHealth ID
• UMID
• Driver’s License
• TIN ID
• Postal ID
• Passport

⚠️ No valid ID = Standard fare of ₱200 (No discount)

📌 MBOA Mobile Marina – Releasing of Papers & Certificates
Ang Malapascua Boat Operators Association (MBOA) mi-apil sa Mobile Registration, Licensing, and Modified Basic Safety Training sa Marina nga nagsugod niadtong February 1.

👨‍✈️🚤 Dili lang para sa boat captain ug motorman, kundili apil usab ang pagproseso ug pag-release sa mga papeles sa mga bangka (pambot) aron masiguro ang legal, kompleto, ug luwas nga operasyon.

📄 Karun, opisyal nang gi-release ang mga certificates ug dokumento sa tanang nakakompleto sa requirements.
🙏 Daghang salamat sa Marina, LGU, ug tanang ahensya nga mitabang. 👏 Saludo sa tanang MBOA members sa ilang kooperasyon ug pagsunod sa balaod ug safety standards.

📢 SEA TRAVEL ADVISORY | February 4, 2026
In accordance with the advisory issued by the Philippine Coast Guard – Station Northern Cebu, ALL sea voyages and watercraft operations are TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED effective February 4, 2026.
This is due to Tropical Storm “BASYANG”, as per PAGASA bulletin, and the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 affecting Cebu and nearby areas.
🚫 Coverage includes: • Passenger boats
• Island tours
• Pump boats
• All sea travel routes under Northern Cebu area of responsibility
⚠️ This suspension is for the safety of passengers, boat operators, and all sea travelers due to possible rough seas and strong winds.
We strongly advise everyone to avoid sea travel until further notice and to wait for the official lifting of the advisory by the Coast Guard.

As of 3:00 PM, January 15, 2026, nagpahibalo ang Philippine Coast Guard – CGSS Malapascua nga SUSPENDED TEMPORARILY ang tanang biyahe sa dagat tungod sa dili maayong panahon.
⚠️ DETAILS: • Apektadong lugar: Malapascua Island, Carnaza Island, Gato Island, ug Monad Shoal
• Kusog sa hangin: Beaufort Scale No. 5 (17–21 knots)
• Bawal molarga ang tanang motorbanca nga 35 gross tonnage ug below
🚤 Rason: Delikado ang kahimtangan sa dagat labi na sa gagmay nga sakyanan pang-dagat.
🔔 PAHIBALO:
Ang biyahe mahimong mobalik ra dayon kung mubalik na sa normal ang kahimtangan sa panahon ug dagat, subay sa direktiba sa Philippine Coast Guard.
🙏 Gihangyo ang tanan nga mag-amping ug likayan ang tanang seawater-related activities aron malikayan ang disgrasya.
