A MILESTONE OF PARTNERSHIP, DEDICATION, AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES!
Turnover Ceremony of the Enhancement Processing Center for Tableya Processing
📍 LAMPCO–Kilagding Branch, Kilagding, Laak, Davao de Oro
📅 September 10, 2026
A remarkable milestone has been achieved by the Laak Multipurpose Cooperative (LAMPCO)–Kilagding Branch!
We are truly grateful for the successful turnover of our Enhancement Processing Center, a facility that will be utilized for tableya processing and will provide greater opportunities for value-adding, livelihood generation, and the development of our local cacao products.
This project was made possible through the funding support of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). We extend our sincerest gratitude to DAR for its trust, support, and commitment to projects that strengthen cooperatives and create opportunities for our communities.
We would also like to give special recognition and heartfelt appreciation to our LAMPCO–Kilagding Branch Manager, Ma’am Mae Ann Bellera, whose dedication, initiative, coordination, and perseverance greatly contributed to the successful implementation and realization of this project.
While the project was funded by DAR, the implementation required dedication and continuous effort on the ground. Through the commitment of Ma’am Mae Ann and the Kilagding Branch team, this vision became a reality. Your hard work and determination are truly appreciated!
We are equally grateful for the presence and support of our distinguished guests and partner agencies, particularly the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and all other government agencies, partners, stakeholders, officers, employees, and visitors who shared this special occasion with us.
But the turnover is not the end—it is the beginning of another journey.
Although the Enhancement Processing Center has now been successfully turned over to LAMPCO, we recognize that there are still equipment and other processing needs that must be provided to make the facility fully operational and maximize its potential.
With this milestone, we also see an opportunity to knock on the doors of other government agencies, organizations, and potential partners who may be willing to extend assistance, equipment, technical support, or other resources needed for our tableya processing operations.
We believe that when one door opens, more doors can open through partnership and perseverance.
Our hope is that this facility will soon become a fully equipped and productive Tableya Processing Center—transforming our local cacao into quality value-added products, creating livelihood opportunities, strengthening our cooperative, and ultimately benefiting our members and the community.
To all who have been part of this journey, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! Your support, trust, and dedication have brought us this far.
And to Ma’am Mae Ann Bellera and the entire LAMPCO–Kilagding Branch team, thank you for taking the lead, pursuing the project, and continuously working toward making this dream a reality.
Today, we celebrate what has been accomplished. Tomorrow, we continue knocking on doors for what is still needed.
From Cacao to Tableya.
From Partnership to Possibilities.
From a Facility to a Sustainable Livelihood.
Congratulations, LAMPCO–Kilagding Branch!
