Cebu Council of Rotaract Clubs - District3860

The Cebu Council of Rotaract Clubs was formed to address the phenomenal growth of Rotaract Clubs throughout Cebu and indeed to the District 3860 as well. As an umbrella organization of all recognized clubs, the council seeks to connect with, respond to, and advise on interests and needs of each club as a whole. Giving new meaning to service and engaging young professionals across various fields,

the Rotaract Clubs of Cebul work together under our motto Fellowship Through Service and continue to fly the Rotaract banner high year after year. The Cebu Council of Rotaract Clubs provides multiple opportunities to develop friendships, explore business and personal relationships, while at the same time affording members community service experiences, both local and international that are short in development and duration, sets the tone for significant personal contributions without long-term commitments. Council meetings are designed to provide fun, fellowship, food and in-formation. This is done through a variety of activities, events; some social and others service. Meetings feature speakers, discussions, planning sessions and, above all, fellowship opportunities.
