MODE OF PAYMENT
🟢 1st down payment: 15,500/person
🟢 2nd payment: 3,000/person- due 30 days after the first payment
🟢 Monthly installment is available after the first two payments (any amount)
🟢 Full Payment: 45days before travel dates
NOTE: Passport must be active at least 6 months from the date of travel
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
➡️ Minimum 2pax to avail the package. Rooms are based on twin/double sharing.
➡️ A Non-refundable ₱15,500 per person, will be charged to guarantee reservation of room and seats. In case of visa denial, name change is allowed provided the change pax has existing or waived of the visa.
➡️ 2nd payment: 3,000/person- due 30 days after the first payment
➡️ Monthly installment is available after the first two payments (any amount)
➡️ Full Payment: 45days before travel date
➡️ Failure to pay remaining balances on due dates, means cancellation of reservations.
➡️ No refund for unused airfare tickets, rooms, meals, tours & transfer services.
➡️ Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking.
➡️ For passengers who cannot pass the immigration process, the Full Tour Package cost is non-refundable.
➡️ Package is not applicable for Senior Citizen/ Student discounts.
➡️ Travel Insurance for 71 y.o. and above are excluded. Subject to add-on by Travel Insurance provider.
➡️ All Passengers must get a Negative RT-PCR Test if needed (own pax account).
➡️ Cancellation made due to force majeure and Gov't imposed restrictions is for rebooking only, subject to hotel and flight availability and policy.
➡️ Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
➡️ In the event of sudden notice of flight time change by the airlines, the passengers are to follow the new set of schedules.
➡️ Full Cancellation charge for any cancellation 30 days before the travel dates
➡️ If the pax will not join the shopping tour, surcharge $150/pax will apply and will be collected on the spot.
➡️ Package is Non-Refundable, Non-Rebookable, Non-Transferrable and Non-reroutable.
➡️ A Booking Confirmation will be issued upon down payment as proof of reservation.
➡️ E-tickets and Hotel Service vouchers to be issued 2 weeks before departures.
➡️ Any payment made means accepting, approving and confirming the booking.
