Para sa mga 12-17 years old na bibyahe nang domestic (within the Philippines) kasama ang ibang kamag-anak, narito ang mga dapat ihanda para iwas-hassle sa airport:

📍 PSA Birth Certificate or Valid School ID – Patunay ng pagkakakilanlan.

📍 Notarized Affidavit of Consent – Sulat mula sa parents na pumapayag silang sumama ang bata sa mga kasamang adult.
