The 7S of Good Housekeeping Practices Seminar was successfully conducted at the Port of Masao on April 15, 2025. This significant activity was facilitated by the Department of Labor and Employment – Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (DOLE-RTWPB) Caraga, under the leadership of Board Secretary VI Earl D. Dela Victoria.
The training was attended by employees from CASCOR and the Philippine Ports Authority – Port Management Office (PPA-PMO) Agusan.
The 7S methodology, which stands for Sort, Systematize, Sweep, Standardize, Self-Discipline, Sustain, and Safety, encompasses key principles designed to foster a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
We extend our sincere gratitude to DOLE- RTWPB Caraga Region for imparting their valuable knowledge and expertise. We also express our appreciation to all participants for their active involvement in making this seminar a productive and successful event. We assure that the knowledge and practices acquired during this training will be retained and diligently applied, contributing to the continuous improvement of our workplace and overall productivity.
