𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: Accurately prepare, process, and send out billing statements and invoices.

𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Maintain organized digital records of all transport transactions and client accounts.

𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Utilize Microsoft Office to create reports and track payment statuses.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation.

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Assist with general office tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔:
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: College degree not required. We welcome high school graduates or vocational course finishers with the right skills.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗦𝗮𝘃𝘃𝘆: Must be comfortable using a computer and navigating digital systems.

𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: (a must) 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (especially Excel for tracking and Word for correspondence); other programs are a plus.

𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿: Ability to quickly pick up our specific billing workflows and transport service processes.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲: A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to help the business grow.

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱: High level of accuracy when handling figures and data entry.
