We are currently experiencing low water pressure due to the 20 HP VFD controller, which can only accommodate two pumping stations and has reached the breaker’s maximum capacity. We have urgently requested a higher-capacity VFD controller from our Head Office to support the 40 HP Vertical Inline Pump. However, this may take time as it is subject to Head Office approval.

An emergency shutdown was conducted due to ongoing troubleshooting of the Poblacion Dauis Booster. The system remains under observation as of this time while our technical team continues to monitor and address the issue.

The new vertical inline booster has already been successfully installed. However, additional electrical materials are still required for the VFD controls, which may take some time for proper troubleshooting and completion.

The two (2) new vertical inline booster pumps have already arrived. However, our plumbing team has been advised to wait for the technicians from our Main Office who will handle the proper installation.
Please be informed that the scheduling and arrival of the technicians are beyond our branch’s control, as they belong to a separate department. They are currently monitoring and servicing ninety-three (93) operational branches, which affects their availability. Our technicians are scheduled to arrive next week.

For concerns or complaints that you would like to raise directly to the Head Office, please scan the provided QR code to ensure your message reaches them accordingly.
This will help avoid any misunderstanding regarding the delay.
