A pleasant day to all
Everybody wants to find the truth. A sane person with an inquisitive mind will always ask questions why things are happening and how did it happen.
A certain Kia Pots Hardtoys posted in her fb page account her self serving side of the story on what happened solely relying on her crying moments. Sino ba naman ang taong hindi maantig ang puso, damdamin at emotion sa kanyang statements? But why dont we take things into an objective perspective and find out what was the real cause? And what happened thereafter.
The cause:
1. Genesis
A person named Nor hyati in her fb account ordered some items to Kia Pots Hardtoys.
They agreed on the date of delivery of the items.
During said date, accoding to the buyer she waited for a WHOLE DAY for her delivery to arrive but was not delivered.

They agreed to deliver the items to our store on a day they understood.
2. Revelation
When the seller decided on her own time and day to deliver the items, was there in the convo indicating or stating that she will be delivering the items on THAT day? Its up to you to answer since the screen capture convo is there for you to see the time and day differences.
The owners of Kia Pots Hardtoys (mr. And mrs elvis gonayon for brevity) came to the store at around 10:57 am. According to Kia Pots Hardtoys, she inquired to the cashier and ask for a person named Nor Hyati. The cashier responded, even if he was busy with a customer, ( cctv footage will also be posted) that THEY DO NOT KNOW OF ANY PERSON NAMED NOR HYATI and continued to assist the customer at hand. After a few minutes, she was entertained (as can be seen in the cctv footage). When ask if the items were paid, kia pots hardtoys said it was already paid. So the owner of the store ask for the items to be inspected and be put in a nice carton box. After the inpection, the store owner thought it was already okay, however kia pots hardtoys is suddenly asking for payments of the goods. The store owner said that there was no payment left by the seller, as she was already in transit to nueva vizcaya and she was has no knowledge of the delivery, and there was no prior coordination of the goods to be delivered. Then the store owner ask for the cancellation as the reason stated above and that the buyer is in transit to nueva vizcaya and there is no possible means to contact the buyer. The store owner ask one of the staff to carefully put the items in a box and handed it nicely to mrs kia pots hardtoys.
On the 2nd video, the husband of kia pots hardtoys ( elvis gonayon) came back and suddenly pointing fingers at the innocent cashier who is just doing his regular job. He was very mad and asking for the payment of the goods. While holding a pan, he continuesly and malicously made a remark “anya kayat mo ah?” To the cashier inciting for a fight. He slammed the pan at the table and later at the floor which cause the disruption of the business and scared the wits of other customers. Upon hearing of the commotion, the store owner came out just to find out that mr. Kia pots was making a scene. The store owner tried to reason out to mr. Kia pots hardtoys that there was no payment and coordination made by thier buyer and ask to settle in the police station if they further want to insist on the goods payment.
As to the other claims of mrs kia pots hardtoys like the lack of parking, she was there like wind, and that she was being laugh at by the staffs, the cctv footage will tell you everything including the time and duration of all her other claims.
As scammers are evrywhere, as unreasonable sellers and buyers are everywhere, we believe that we have acted to safeguard our own rights as well.
As we complete all legal procedures, we will go to the proper venue to tell our side and prove our innocence regarding this matter.
To those who made judgments and comments we do not blame you as it is your right to have your own opinion. We never looked down on anybody because we also know where we came from. And as an igorot we will fight for the truth.
To other comments, we will take it as a CONSTRUCTIVE stone thrown at us to improve our services. To those whome our staffs had any untoward behavior to any of you, i would like to personally apoligize to you🙏🙏
As one of the stake holders, i will make it a point that the truth will come out at the proper venue.
