Lilia Amosco Banigoos Gladwin has been in business in Baguio since 2006 as the owner and operator of Baguio Tiptop Vacation Homes, with apartment style and bungalow vacation rentals at Tiptop, Pacdal and condominium units at Outlook Ridge Residences, Outlook Drive South, Baguio City.
Having been approached by owners of Baguio's 88 Gibraltar Suntrust Condominium at Mines View to manage their units, she is now offering property management services to owners of condo units in 88 Gibraltar Condominium who do not live locally, or would prefer to let her take care of the day to day management.
Services that may be offered include marketing and reservations for transient guests, provision and upkeep of soft furnishings, cleaning of the accommodation and laundry of bed linens and towels, provision of guest amenities, maintenance checklist and liaison with tradesmen and building management, check in/check of guests.
