Aloha!

Please be advised that effective September 26, 2013 (Thursday), Hawaiian Airlines will revise its international baggage allowance in compliance with IPRG Rule 115. The baggage allowance for travel between Hawaii and Manila (via TPE or SEL) will be changed from 70lbs/32kg per piece to 50lbs/23kg per piece for economy/coach class travel.

Please note that the maximum allowable checked baggage allowance between Hawaii and Manila (via TPE or SEL) remain as two (2) pieces per person at no additional charge.

Cathay Pacific and Dragon Air lines Special Ticketing Guidelines for Typhoon Usagi!

Due to Typhoon Usagi, with immediate effect, rebooking charge will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on/before 21 September 2013 for travel with CX / KA confirmed booking confirmed booking between 22 September 2013 and 24 September 2013.
Details as follows:

1. CX / KA Ticket Stock
a. Cancellation / Refund / Rerouting
No waiver on cancellation, refund and rerouting charges.

b. Rebooking
Rebooking charge will be waived on conditions that:
- Such requests are made on / before 24Sep13 and before
departure for travel with CX / KA confirmed booking between 22Sep13 and 24Sep13.
No show passenger is not eligible for the waiver.

- Revised (new) travel date must be on / before 12Oct13 and
subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be
adjusted accordingly.

- The newly rebooked sector must observe and conform to the conditions of
the respective fare rule, e.g. blackout dates, flight application, weekend /
weekday travel, stopover charges and applicable seasonalities
by collecting additional/refunding difference (if any) as appropriate.

- Reissuance charges will only be waived due to the expiry of the original
ticket.
Note: For flight that have been cancelled and / or confirmed to be
cancelled, we would handle as involuntary changes.

c. Endorsement
Condition of the respective fare rules applies.
Note: For flight that have been cancelled and / or confirmed to be cancelled,
we would handle as involuntary rerouting case.

d. Group / YIT
Please refer to local Sales Office.

2. For Oneworld carriers tickets
the latest version of Oneworld customer disruption management applies.

3. Other carriers tickets
Passenger air tariff general condition applies.

We will monitor the situation closely and advise amendments if necessary.
