What to expect in a Kaparkan Falls tour –
Your destination is a guaranteed paradise during the rainy months.
However, the road/trail to get there is physically and emotionally taxing.
It could drain your self-restraint out of your senses.
We are bound therefore to provide you a list of what to expect along the way.
1. The conveyance is a 6x6 SKW Military Truck
2. The total distance of the trip is 45 kilometers, one way - 10 kms trail, 35 kms paved
3. There will be one Abramazing coordinator per truck on top of the 3 truck personnel
4. The 10km trail is an extreme off-roading adventure/experience. It is not COMFORTABLE
5. The ride from JOP to Kaparkan Terminal may take 4-6 hours or beyond, depending on trail conditions
6. The truck has high chances of encountering mechanical breakdowns due to the punishing terrain. Should a truck get stalled, rescue will be available but it will take time. Trust our drivers/coordinators on their on-site strategies to bail you out
7. You need to trek down 20 minutes from the terminal to reach the entrance of the falls. Trek time may double when going back up
8. There will be guides available at the falls to assist you
9. Bring provisions of extra food, extra clothing, rain gears, anti-allergies
10. Have fun!
