10 - PROCESSING STAFF / SORTER

Job Responsibilities
Sort parcels by hand, ensuring outgoing and incoming mail gets sorted in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
Pay attention to any odd-sized packages, and be mindful of any packages labelled as “Fragile”
Operate scanning equipment so the digital database gets updated, which allows customers to track their orders and be aware of when it leaves the warehouse
Respond to phone inquiries when an individual has a question regarding the status of an order, and provide a timely response.
Attach identification materials to packages and envelopes when a customer orders insurance or tracking labels
Work within a fast-paced environment where you will be working in close quarters with other employees.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Reqiured:
High school diploma
Ability to pass a standard background/drug check
Strong eye for detail
