Our J&T Home padala service will start on February 4, 2026.

🟡 What is J&T Home?
J&T Home is for personal shipments only — you can send parcels, gifts, and documents to family and friends.
Please note: this is non–e-commerce and we no longer accept Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or other online selling parcels.

🕐 Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Shipments processed and paid before 5:00 PM may be sent out the same day depending on J&T pickup. After 5:00 PM, shipments go out the next day.

Open Monday to Saturday.
Sunday availability may vary — message us first to confirm.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share this update with a heavy heart. J&T Express – Mayon QC Branch (Drop-Off Point) will be closing its DOP operations on December 31, 2025, as the DOP program will no longer be continued.

We’ve been serving our seller community since 2021, and honestly, this wasn’t an easy post to write. We’re truly grateful for all the trust and support you’ve given us over the years — from daily drop-offs to peak seasons that we went through together.

After December 31, 2025, we will no longer be able to accept J&T e-commerce parcels, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Temu, and similar platforms.

We are planning to transition to J&T Home, but this will be for regular, non-e-commerce parcels only (personal or document shipments). The start date is still to be confirmed, and we’ll share an update as soon as it’s finalized.

Thank you so much for being part of our journey. This is truly a bittersweet goodbye for our J&T DOP, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

We are hiring a Drop Off Point Admin!

Job Scope:
• Serve walk-in customers who send documents and packages, complaints, and inquiries.
• Ensure documents or packages accepted from customers are according to SOP and our standard guidelines (e.g., no prohibited items)
• Register customers' sending details accurately in the system.
• Manage monetary transactions with integrity.
• Checking orders, airway bills, and customer service complaints in the system daily.
• Scans of every arrival and departure of parcels.
• Manage, arrange and load the arrival and departure parcels
• Prepare daily DP operation and sales reports.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods. Ensure that every package that arrives or departs from the branch is in good condition
• Manage salvage and airway bill items in the DP.
• Perform other daily administration tasks or stock-keeping duties required to ensure DP operation runs smoothly.
• Ad-hoc task as instructed by the superior.
• Daily report and monthly report
• Responsible for attendance records and reports

Job Requirement:
• Have experience in clerical tasks and attending to customers, cashier handling
• M A L E
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Quezon City.
• Willing to work extra hours
• Candidates can use basic office software
• Independent working ability, careful and patient
• Positive attitude and good service to customers
• Administrative Support: Minimum 1 year preferred
