5 Years of MotoBeks. 5 Motorcycles. One wild, beautiful ride.
It all started in 2019—birthday gift ko sa sarili ko.
Wala pa akong alam sa motor, honestly. But I got myself a Honda PCX 150 with one simple intention: daily commute.
Plot twist—I learned how to really ride not in the Philippines, but in Da Nang.
From 6AM to 6PM, I was on the road—exploring, getting lost, finding myself. Pahinga ko lang: kain, pictures, gas.
Doon ko na-realize—ang sarap pala mag-motor. That sense of freedom… iba.
That trip changed everything.
That scooter stayed with me for over 2 years, clocking more than 35,000 KM.
2021 — Nabudol ko ang sarili ko (no regrets 😅).
I got the KTM 390 Adventure.
Tippy toes, cute Asian height struggles—but game.
This bike opened doors:
• Big bike community
• Riding groups
• And eventually… MotoBeks
MotoBeks wasn’t just about riding—it became a platform.
A space to represent LGBTQIA+, to connect, and to celebrate the love of riding and motolifestyle.
I met fellow creators, seasoned riders, clubs, and brands.
Joined events like BOSS Ironman, the first FJMOTO Mountaincross, off-road trainings—you name it.
Then life reminded me—kahit gaano ka kaingat, may plot twist pa rin.
A freak accident inside the village.
Broken left tibia and fibula.
That chapter paused me—but didn’t end me.
The KTM gave me 21,000 KM worth of stories.
2023 — Comeback season.
I chose the Vespa Sprint 150.
Different vibe, same passion.
This time, I discovered the Vespa community—classic, stylish, solid.
Less about speed, more about the experience.
This bike took me places:
• Philippine Loop
• Cordillera adventures
• Long rides that fed the soul
Almost 3 years. Around 36,000 KM. Sulit.
2025 — Big milestone.
I became a brand collaborator for Hero Motorcycles Philippines, riding the Hero Xpulse 200 4V.
Hero is an Indian global brand known for durability and practicality—built for real-world riding, especially mixed terrain.
Being part of that story?
Huge honor. Truly grateful.
2026 — Another first.
I got my hands on the CFMOTO 150 Aura.
Retro-modern scooter. Big bike features. Safety tech. Style. Performance.
And yes, the first owner in the Philippines.
I named it “Uno.”
Because it feels like starting again… but wiser.
From a solo rider na pang-work lang ang motor…
to building a platform, a community, and a purpose—
I’m still here. Still riding. Still learning.
Every twist, every fall, every comeback—may baon na lesson.
And honestly? That’s the best part of the ride.
Grateful to the brands, the communities, and fellow creators—
and most importantly, to myself for showing up through it all.
Minsan, you don’t find the road.
You just start riding… and the road finds you.
And today, on Cinco de Mayo—a reminder that victories come in unexpected ways—
I celebrate this journey… and everything it continues to teach me.
Maraming salamat. Ride safe. Ride proud. 🏳️🌈
