NASLS CEO and it's Management is really investing in building financial Literacy amongst staff, which is a smart move. When employees understand the basics of budgeting, cost control and financial statements, they are better equipped to align their work with the organization's goals. Overtime, this kind of training can foster a culture where everyone feels confident engaging with financial discussions instead of leaving them solely to accountants.

Our newly appointed directors and Management staff participated in an intensive 2 day workshop over the weekend, on good governance, compliance and leadership skills. A strong way to set the tone for leadership alignment, as it clarifies governance roles, decision making responsibilities and relationships between directors, Management and our esteemed members. We thank our CEO for having the vision and commitment to equipping us with knowledge and skills to excel in our roles.
