🚨 Official Update – Monkey Island 🚨

We would like to share the most recent information regarding the situation at Monkey Island.

The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) has reconfirmed this evening that the water access ramps in the Monkey Island area remain closed due to current conditions, including high water levels, controlled discharges and ongoing cleanup operations. At this time, no small tour boats are permitted to launch or navigate in the area.

As an agency officially registered with the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP), we remain committed to complying with all regulations established by the ACP and ATP. Any tour currently being offered in this area by other operators is being conducted without authorization and is entirely the responsibility of the operator.

The safety of our guests remains our priority. For this reason, our Monkey Island tour will remain suspended until further notice from the ACP.

We appreciate your understanding. We will inform you as soon as new official information becomes available.

🚨 Monkey Island Announcement 🚨

A few days ago The Panama Canal Authority has announced the closure of the Gamboa pier due to controlled discharges at the Madden Dam and cleaning operations caused by vegetation dragged by heavy rainfall. Water levels remain high and conditions are not safe for operations.

For this reason, all our Monkey Island tours are suspended until further notice. The safety of our travelers and our team comes first.
