🚨 Service Update – BeeCard Website Down 🚨

Kia ora everyone,

We’re currently experiencing an outage with the BeeCard website. At this stage, we don’t have an estimated time for when it will be back online.

In the meantime, you can still manage your card using the following options:

🚌 On the bus – Top up your BeeCard with cash directly with the driver

🏢 In person – Visit us at the Rose Street Bus Hub, where we can top up your card and check balances using cash or EFTPOS

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this issue is being resolved.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more.

Ngā mihi 🙌

What an awesome Youth Week it’s been so far! 🌟🚌

We’ve loved seeing so many rangatahi out and about this week, making the most of free bus travel — getting to school, work, and activities without the added stress of fares.

At a time when we know things can be tough for families, even getting to school each day isn’t always easy. That’s why we’re especially proud to be part of something that helps take a bit of that pressure off — making it easier for young people to get where they need to be, safely and reliably. 💜

A huge thank you to Northland Regional Council (NRC) for funding this initiative and supporting our youth and their whānau in such a meaningful way.

With two more days to go, there’s still time to jump on board and make the most of it! 🎟️

Let’s keep celebrating our young people and finishing Youth Week strong 🙌
