The 2nd Generation Propulse propellers with a NEW MATERIAL used in the blades and an improved hub makes the prop perform much better than conventional Aluminium and S/S props.

The main difference in the new material is that it has a crisscross fibre structure and a slightly higher level of glass fibres. The blades become in this way much more rigid and provides improved performance in general but especially on heavier boats with big hp engines.

The new material also makes the blades about 70% stronger than aluminium blades.

Boats tested have shown a speed increase of 2-4 knots at the top half of the speed range.

The clip tells you that the prop has 5 pitch settings but since the video was made Propulse have upgraded the props so there are now actually 7 settings except the S9 series that has 9.
