My Story...

With the resurgence of Covid 19 in New Zealand again, I decided to start making my own fabric masks. I have a background in the garment industry working as both a pattern maker, cutter and running my own small dress making business many years ago. When my friends saw my new creations, they ordered some for themselves. Within a week it had become apparent to me that there was a little niche in the mask making market where I live in Whakatane. So “ Let’s Face It Whakatane” was born... My goal is to produce a quality, comfortable, and affordable product. Hopefully we will get on top of this current situation and the need for masks will decline. The future is unknown...So as long as there is a need for my product then I will keep producing.
