So some things that I hadn’t ever noticed before and how many little things there are in nature that we take for granted.

Our main end is so sheltered and beautiful, perfect spot for a morning coffee 🏝️

The way the cat grounds himself in the grass and dirt, he’s always rolling around and he inspired me to take it shoes off whenever walking in the grass 🦶

Noticing the new buds and flowers pop up that weren’t there days ago.

The way the birds talk to each other and have their little world going on is pretty cute too, it’s cool watching them 🐦

Also the butterfly’s when they’ve first come out of their cocoon and dry their wings out for ages 🦋

The ways the beach flowers all shut up when it’s cloudy or raining, they’re a bit like us and need the sun to be open and happy ☀️

Taking the time to be in nature instead of rushing for exercise is so good for your mental health, I highly recommend it 💚🩵

What I learnt wasn’t expected. Honestly I just thought I’d become more aware of how often I was on my phone and I’d enjoy nature a bit more.

I’m stoked with what I’ve learnt though and how it makes me feel worse when I avoid those feelings and jobs. My next mission is to change my habits 🤎🧡💛
