10am UPDATE. It's not the river level that's the problem. The wind is incredible.
CLOSED just now, at least. If conditions improve I'll let you know.

River plummets from nearly 900 at midnight to just over 300 at 2am...
Will update if OPEN or not at 10

Just back from a day in Dunners. Had a couple of incredible desserts at this new place on the Octagon, next to the Regent Theatre
