Winter fishing, spring just around the corner.Blue cod, groper tarakihi but can be some slow days We are ready to go for the late spring when snapper should start showing up more, it depends on the winds if we get a lot of southerly we get less snapper they like the water a bit warmer southerlies keep the water cold we get fish every trip regardless 😄 So I have had shoulder surgery all those years of pulling anchor and fish in two tendons reattached but out of action in recovery until around November, it’s going well. Been some calm days recently, I can go for walks and do jobs at home one handed see you all soon 👍
