Yesterday I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Native Bird Close Encounter Tour at Nga Manu Bird Sanctuary.
It was a memorable and enriching experience to interact with the Kaka, Kakariki, and Kea, among others.
Each bird performed in their own special way, entertaining and enlightening us all.
The ranger was very knowledgeable and engaging, making the encounter both educational and enjoyable.
This was an unforgettable experience and I would encourage everyone young and older, to take a tour.
Now I need to place my vote in NZs Bird of the Year competition …..
