Total Trackbike Hire is a New Zealand first! Are you a motorcyclist that wants to try riding a motorcycle on a track day but you do not own a suitable track day bike? Total Trackbike Hire has been created to provide such a service. We have started a small company that is going to have access to a fleet of Track suitable Motorcycles. Our first machine is a 2015 Kawasaki EX300 or Ninja 300. Hi name
is Clyde - he is based on a road-going motorcycle but has been professionally converted to a Racing level machine. This machine can be hired to compete at MNZ and non-MNZ sanctioned motorcycle road racing events and is legal in the Supersport 300 Class. It has had suspension modifications, ECU tuning and a full racing exhaust fitted. Adjustable brake and clutch levers have been fitted to suit both smaller and larger sized riders. The bike has stronger handlebars and footpegs to help in the event of minor scrapes. Due to its size and linear power, it is also VERY suitable for newer track day riders. This class and size of the machine are where most professional level Motorcycle racers start their respective careers! Our second machine is also a EX300 - her name is Bonnie. Bonnie has all the best gear we could find. Bonnie is sporting brand new bodywork, her parts are top-notch. Bonnie is suited to people who want to try riding a race level machine, maybe you're interested in giving racing a go and want to try the 300SBK class
Bonnie is our Race-prepped Ninja 300, she has Ohlins Cartridges in the front suspension and a full Ohlins rear shock, she has braided front brake line, Brembo Race pads, Vortex clip-ons and rear sets, Full Arrow exhaust system and Dyno tune, Lithium-Ion Battery and all other suitable racing parts. We aim to have bikes that range from a LAMS sized machine to a fully-fledged 600cc or above track weapon. The LAMS sized machine is suited to those who are riding with learners or restricted New Zealand or Internationally recognised Motorcycle licences or those who wish to start their track day journey on a smaller capacity or lower seated bike. The 600cc or above bikes are for those who have a full New Zealand or Internationally recognised Motorcycle licence and have suitable experience on riding larger machines.
