This Booths truck came in on a tow truck at 6pm with a blown transmission, and by 3am it was back out the door with a brand new one fitted and ready to go.

Even the boss threw the overalls on and got stuck in for the night 🔧

🚛 Scania Truck & Trailer – Collision Repair Completed
🚨 Chassis Machine Back in Action! 🚨

We’ve just wrapped up our first job utilizing the chassis machine

This Scania truck and trailer came to us after a decent collision, with extensive damage to the curtain body, chassis, and front of the trailer. Our team carried out a complete in-house repair — from structural straightening to finishing.

✅ Scope of Work

🔧 Truck Repairs:
• Removed truck body to access chassis
• Straightened a twist in the chassis using our chassis machine
• Removed and replaced damaged front and rear body walls
• Reinstalled and realigned the curtain body
• Replaced front right wall post and added doublers for reinforcement
• Installed new fibreglass/ply walls
• Prepped, primed & painted — all completed in-house

🔧 Trailer Repairs:
• Replaced left-hand front wall post
• Fitted new 4mm signboard front wall with fresh extrusions
• Replaced ballrace and installed a new tow eye

✔️ Both truck and trailer passed COF and received full certification
