Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) is a term you might not have come across before.

Transport, Hiabs, and Cranes from most providers will be adding a to offset the substantial increase in fuel costs. McLeod is no different as we look to responsibly respond to the situation.

Is there anything else we can all do?

Yes - We can all use Local. Less travel means less cost. McLeod is a local in the and , with depots in , , and .

Let's support Local as we navigate these challenging times.

We’re excited to demonstrate the latest additions to our fleet, our new hydraulic trailer and push-pull truck. Designed to handle the tough jobs, these units make loading, transporting, and delivering specialised freight safer, faster, and more efficient.

With the ability to access sites that were previously out of reach for standard flatdeck or trombone trailers, this setup is opening up new possibilities for our customers. These assets are already proving their capability and delivering real benefits on site.

Even better, the trailer can also be paired with our hiab tractor units, giving us the ability to selfload certain items, reducing the need for additional equipment and keeping projects moving efficiently and cost effectively.

From tiny houses to overdimensional loads, we’re ready to take on even more complex transport challenges while keeping everything smooth and controlled from start to finish.
Another step forward in delivering smarter lifting, transport and one-stop-shop solutions.

Here's a great example of teamwork and the right equipment for the job.

This recent tandem lift required two Jekko Cranes to install a tank that we also transported to site.

With restricted access and very low head height, the mini cranes were the perfect solution for the lift.

A lifting beam hooked directly to the jib was required to safely position the tank in the tight space, demonstrating the versatility of these compact machines.

From transport to installation, this job highlights our one-stop shop capability, providing a seamless solution from delivery through to installation.

Great work from Kevin and Regan making a complex lift look easy.

We wish the best of luck to Luke and the team competing this weekend for the NZ Championship.🙌🏽
Get along to Baypark Speedway Friday and Saturday to watch the dirt fly 🏎️

As we head into the New Zealand Championship this Friday and Saturday, the whole team is incredibly excited to be lining up and taking on the best competition the country has to offer.

The NZ Champs is always the highlight on the calendar, and the build-up to this weekend has been no different. Plenty of preparation and hard work in the shed to be ready come race day. Thank you to all of the crew who has helped me get the car ready as well as the maintenance and work yet to come in the following weekend.

We’re hopeful that the weather plays ball over the coming days so we can get the Champs through without any postponements. If weather doesn’t play ball, we will be racing Saturday & Sunday as opposed to the Friday & Saturday night.

If you have any time on either of these nights make sure to head to Baypark Speedway for a watch or tune in to the livestream at home. It’s for sure one of the best if not the best event of the year that Baypark has to offer.

I’d like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our sponsors, without you none of this would be possible. Your ongoing support I am so grateful for, I am proud to represent your brands. Continually doing my best to make you proud, both on and off the track.
