Methven Trucking are looking for a truck driver for the upcoming harvest season. NZ Class 5 license (or equivalent) required and experience in the agricultural industry would be an advantage, but not necessary.

Could lead to full time employment for the right applicant.

We are currently looking for a class 5 driver, mostly driving a Western Star with 18 speed road ranger. If you are fit, punctual and can work in a small team to get the job done. Then this could be for you. Mostly based in Methven, but not always. Hour’s are normally from 7.00am to 17.30pm, but some nights and early starts will be required. Also extra hours from September through to May over our busy period. If you are willing to move to Methven for this job help will be given with shifting. Hi, we are looking for someone to man our office and dispatch trucks. The role will suit someone with experience in the industry, but not necessarily as full training will be given. We are a small company based in methven. We have a fleet of 7 trucks including 2 concrete trucks and 5 bulk trucks. Ideally we would like someone who is enthusiastic, punctual and very organised. Hours are 7.00- 5.00 normally with extra time during our busy period (November-April) We will pay them a salary with a work ute.
