A flashback to 20 years ago when I started doing homekill. This my old 2.2ltr diesel Hilux loaded up with sheepskins to take to Gore to sell. Unfortunately there hasn't been a market for sheepskins or cattle hides anymore. I have however since found a buyer for my cattle hides now. Gotta love homekill

With the busy pre xmas period sneaking up on us I thought I would let people know that you should book in your animals as soon as possible so you don't miss out. Please use the following link to book your animals in. When I get your booking I will give you a date that suits you, me and the butcher. I organise and book your animals in with the butcher.

Here is an example of what I do when sheep are in a small paddock instead of in a small pen. Instead of using the open sighted .22lr, I get out the .22 mag that has a scope on it for these longer shots. Gotta Love Homekill.

Here is an example of one situation that the animal is stress free at the time of slaughtering. I do my utmost not to cause any undue stress to the animal. It doesn't get much easier and stress free than this. It is what I do. Gotta love homekill.
