WINTER SCHEDULE on now!
01 June- 31 August.
We've slowed down a bit and so have our visitors, but we are still operating and sharing the magic of the corridor right through Winter, with a 12:30PM departure from Kawakawa Station four days each week; Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cycle Connection Taumārere Station 12.55PM and Whangae Tunnel 1.30PM.
Beautiful views and crisp air, warmed up with great coffee, cake and our fire at the Railway Station Cafe. Cafe open seven days, 8am-3pm, delicious cabinet and winter menu.

Come join us for the last of the Atumun holidays.
We're operating two trains per day at 10AM and 2PM - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through to the end of April.
Great day out for the whole family, with delicious brunch, lunch and coffee available from the Railway Station Cafe, open 8.00am- 3.00pm 7 days.

We are so eggcited about tomorrow mornings Easter egg hunt! Tickets are now SOLD OUT for our special Easter Sunday 10AM service 🥚 🐣
Trains available at 2PM for our regular service and we are operating every day across the holidays with a 10AM and 2PM departure from Kawakawa Station.

Also cyclists; don't forget to book your Cycle Connection ticket online as Easter is a busy time for cycling, with some sold out Taumārere Station pick ups.

TRACK UPDATE:
Today Saturday 28th Feb is the last of our summer schedule, and a big cruiseship day, so we only have one public service at 3.00PM as other trains are fully booked.
From tomorrow 1st March we move to our Autumn 5-day schedule. With trains operating Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday:
KAWAKAWA Station: 10.00AM & 2.00PM
TAUMARERE Station: 10.25AM & 2.25PM
WHANGAE Tunnel Platform: 11.00AM & 3.00PM
Railway Station Cafe open 8.00AM-4.00PM daily.
Charter, Educational, Cycle and Group bookings also available on request.
