You’ll:
✔ Operate & monitor machinery
✔ Help maintain top fruit quality
✔ Keep accurate records
✔ Work closely with a great production team

You are:
👉 Experienced in machine/food/fruit processing
👉 A quick problem-solver
👉 Fit, reliable & a team player
👉 Able to lift 20kg and work flexible hours (incl. weekends)

We are saddened to acknowledge the passing of Liz Ward, a well-known and much-loved member of the Katikati community.

Liz contributed so much to our town through her successful business and her involvement in local clubs including netball, rugby and of course her involvement with the A&P Society. Her dedication and community spirit have left a lasting impact.

We have had the privilege of working with Liz’s family over many years and continue to do so today, which makes this loss felt even more deeply. Our thoughts are with Liz’s family and friends at this time.

🥑We’re looking for a couple of seasonal machine operators to work in our packhouse on a shift basis. We need people who are ready to hit the ground running with the team at our Woodland Road, Katikati site - Just Avocados.

You’ll be working with an awesome team ensuring the fruit is packed to optimise grower quality and pack-outs.

⏰Early or Late shifts available Monday through to Saturday.
😁Previous experience is essential as we require an immediate start.

On 17 August, one of our longstanding Just Avocados staff members, Simon Gorringe, was celebrated at the Katikati Fire brigade Annual Honours Awards evening for 25 years’ service to the Voluntary Fire Brigade. He was awarded with the Gold Star for this long service by the Rt Hon MP Scott Simpson.

This is a huge honour, and something that Simon can be very proud of. It was a privilege for some of our staff to be present for the celebration. If you get a chance, please congratulate Simon on this outstanding achievement and contribution to our community.
