Hi everyone, It's been a minute or two since an update!
We're still here, with plenty of changes happening.
First up I saw my dream truck and made the most of the opportunity so it was out with our beloved Mack and in with our new to us Kenworth T650!
I also may have also inadvertently caused Alisha's Dad, from A & R Frost LTD to purchase his own KW after I let him take it for a test drive.
And most importantly we expanded our family with our young fulla Max!

So we haven't disappeared, we're still around and ready to help out with your Bulk, Metal, Stockfood and Fertiliser supply and cartage needs!

The time has come, Ferguson Transport is looking for a class 5 driver to drive our 530hp Mack Vision "Legacy".
Work is generally around 6:30-7:00am till 5:00pm Monday to Friday but there is Saturday work if wanted. Truck is based in Whangarei, as is most of the work.
You must be competent in driving a roadranger, and confident in driving and backing/jackknifing with a trailer
You must be drug free and hold a current class 5 licence.
Common sense and on your feet thinking is a must have.
Truck and trailer tipping and spreading experience is preferred, but a capable driver with a good attitude to learn is fine.
Inside the truck is no smoking, non negotiable.
You should be capable of keeping the truck clean and tidy.
Pay dependant on experience and attitude.

Hi everyone! Its been awhile since I've posted anything, as life has been pretty hectic, we finally got rid of old faithful and I got my first new ute! Legacy had her annual big birthday clean and polish and we've been carting hard out with Clements Contractors Ltd as usual keeping us busy and out of mischief! We also welcomed our first child into our world on new years eve! Alisha has been doing an incredible job with being a first time mama and I'm doing my best to learn the dad thing, (I reckon I've got the jokes nailed already) and Toby is smitten with her already keeping her safe and making sure she's never lonely. So give us a wave when you see us out on the road and don't be afraid to say g'day while we're out and about, and I'm sure you'll see our Sadie blasting along in the truck with me in no time at all!

Well what a year its been! We'd like to give a huge thank you to everyone that has helped us through our first year and kept us busy and the truck ticking along nicely! What a difference a year can make! Now that the working year is over and the truck is all tucked up for the holidays, it's time to relax and enjoy family for a couple of weeks! Well two of us will be, Toby is heading up to Lapland to pick up the slack when a couple the reindeer called in sick! 🤣🤣

Hi all, hayfever season is upon us! Its been a while since I've posted an update, we've been flat out carting topsoil from a new subdivision at One Tree Point into the lovely folks at Mountfield Quarry & Landscape Supplies WAIPU, managed to get the truck tidied up after a very wet and muddy winter. (Toby did a great job supervising of course)

What's everyone doing this lockdown to keep themselves busy? So far I've given Legacy a good tidy up after finally getting her back the day of lockdown 😭, she's all dressed up with nowhere to go! Made myself a bar leaner out of some old bits and pieces I had lying around aswell. So at least I have somewhere nice to have a frosty cool beverage and can stare at the truck. And as you can see our mate Toby is looking about how we all feel having to go into lockdown again. We hope you're all doing well and keeping busy! See you on the road when this blows over!

Part 2 of our little team thus far, is certainly the most important and hard working member of the team, (in his opinion anyway).
Our resident security guard/walking vacuum cleaner. Of course its our Toby. He's an integral part of keeping us sane, and is always there to keep us company, he can usually be found either passed out in the sun,or zooming around for no apparent reason and occasionally found riding shotgun with me in the truck. He's a top notch security guard but has been known to accept tasty bribes from time to time.
