APL Direct maintains a fleet of purpose-designed trucks to distribute our extrusions and glass to customers and manufacturers throughout the country. We operate a fleet of 30 trucks equipped for handling aluminium profiles and double-glazed units and which allow for unloading by forklift or gantry operation. The trucks ensure that APL extrusions and AGP double-glazing reach our customer base in ex

cellent condition without handling or transportation damage. APL Direct trucks conform to the highest environmental standards, being rated at Euro-6, Euro-5 and Euro-4 for emission and fuel economy purposes. GPS and other leading edge technologies, including driver accommodation facilities, are included for optimum fleet management and personnel comfort and efficiency.

We love sharing content about our trucks, but as a transport company, we also put a lot of care into moving goods safely. When aluminium gets moved, we use a metal adaptor that fits over a forklift’s arms, and it lets the operator know the perfect stopping point.
