Day 1 of 30 DONE! Goal to exercise & meditate EVERY DAY for 30days and NO booze & icecream for 30days!! Healthy eating is part of the plan but back at work tomorrow and the frequency at which I eat is out of my control however what I choose to eat is IN MY CONTROL! Why do I choose to do this? Look better, get fit, increase awareness blah blah.......TRUTH = To increase my SELF discipline!

Commit to something scary like a 1/2 marathon, 30 day detox! If it's "scary" you put yourself out there to possible fail but also truly achieve!! Not scary won't achieve or achieving too low!!
