To all our valued customers,

Due to to the recent cases of illegal drugs found in the balikbayan boxes the Bureau of Customs will be implementing 100 percent inspection of boxes upon arrival in the Philippines at our Marikina Warehouse. So expect further delays and also take note that whatever contents you declared specially those high value items should be listed on the declaration form. Remember your responsibility of what the contents you send.
Please read the T and C at the back of your declaration form for more details on what you can legally send and can not send.

ANNOUNCEMENT: This is not new to many of our Balikbayan Box clients that shipping schedules and arrivals to Philippines were affected by the previous Shanghai Lock down and lately in the Taiwan sea. We all have to understand this. Please be informed and be patient with our expectation of our boxes arrival to our loveones in the Philippines.
