🔥🖤 2021 J91 FAB Transport Trailer 🖤🔥

It's been a minute but we are back better than ever with our latest custom build! Apologies for the blurry photos but unfortunately I didn't realize until I was home but you get the idea of how awesome this trailer is!

We added a few extras to this one to make it stand out from the crowd and be a little more versatile for me with the big range of cars I put on my trailers! Although the double tyre rack is completely removeable, the way it is designed means it doesn't have to be removed in order to fit any type of vehicle on the trailer. We added an enclosed tyre rack to the front which will also allow me to sign write the trailer as a moving billboard. The rack uses the same blue print as our original tyre rack where the tyres sit in the rack rather than on the rack keeping them safe on both short and long journeys! We also added some awesome looking 13 inch alloy wheels, chequer plate covers for the guard supports, electric winch and some 13 inch alloy wheels. We moved the tilt lockers to the side of the deck as well as bolting them through the main frame.

Everything else on the trailer stayed the same as our very first build with the main frame, in our eyes, as it is absolutely perfect and tows like a dream! For anyone that doesn't know the original specs see them all below!

😍🔥 Built To Work 🔥😍

Super pumped getting these photos through from one of our recent builds. Trailer has already clocked up a heap of kms and has had all sorts of different cars on it. Some just fit and some get the royal treatment of room all round. No car too big or small for these trailers. And how awesome do the quad tie down point work! Thanks so much for the photos brad!

🔥😎 One Completed Custom Build 😎🔥

Recently we were tagged in a post on Facebook a few times and Brad (x2) took a leap of faith and trusted us in building him one of our epic trailers. Brad wanted a few extras from what we offered as our entry level trailer so we put our heads together and came up with some plans and pricing and this is the end result. Something Andrew and I are extremely proud of and it came out even better than we had expected. Your trailer might be cool, but is it parked in Rod Millens driveway in front of the gas stop by his RX-3 with a dope little AE loaded on it cool? How cool is this photo Tim from TTT Auto Engineering sent us through from when he got to rip up Rods driveway?!

I have just finished putting together our latest customers trailer and it came out better than we could have imagined and I really want to share the photos but these will have to tie you over until it's collected!

Tim kitted out my BMW with an insanely cool roll cage and ever since then we have continued to do business together and Tim always gets to borrow my trailer with no questions asked. Always looks after it and always gives us great feedback on things to adjust and raves about how well they tow! Pretty cool feedback to get from someone like Tim!

🏋🏻‍♂️💥 Another Repair On The Weight Rack 💥🏋🏻‍♂️

Some of you may remember this rack from a while back where we made a new base as the factory one had started to split. Because we had strengthened this part it in turn found the next weak point and pulled that apart too. This time it was where the rack bolted together. A full strip down and a now fully welded rack will mean we won’t have to repair it again. Thanks again for trusting us F45 Training Rototuna👌🏼

😍🔥 “We Couldn’t Have Designed That Trailer Better” 🔥😍

Really sorry about the lack of updates team. We have been so busy with another trailer build that we just haven’t had time to catch up! So for now we will share some photos of a customers trailer he purchased over a year ago! How good does his classic car look. Fits nice and snug and the door opens with ease to make sure getting in and out once loaded is a breeze. And in his own words “we couldn’t have designed that trailer better”

It’s been really busy times down here at J91 FAB with a massive project that has kept us very very busy and quiet on the social media front but all will be revealed very soon. But for now we managed to get another unit on the road and another one almost built!

SOLD!! Another J91 FAB trailer goes out the door! Up against some tough competition we managed to tick all of the boxes for our latest customer not just some of them! New one is near on completion so keep an eye out on the J91 FAB page for the latest version!

🔥🔥 Full Under Frame Rebuild Complete 🔥🔥

We were super pumped to take this job on as it’s something different to what we normally build when it comes to trailers. The customer came to us with the bottom frame having already had a heap of repairs yet still starting to crack in places and fail WOFs. So it was up to us just to replace the base with exactly what they had.

We were happy to do this for the customer. Replace exactly what was there with brand new bits. But as we started building it we decided to change a few things up and add a few things in to make it easier to use and also tidy a lot of the wiring up - all at no extra charge to the customer! Win, win.

We had the pleasure of helping our good friends down at F45 Training Rototuna over the weekend with a bit of a revamp on their revo bar holder!

Unfortunately the original box couldn’t quite handle the weight of the bars and had started to tear the metal apart! It was our job at J91 FAB to make sure this new box was strong enough to withstand they weight and keep all the members and staff safe whilst working out! The new box came out better than we had imagined and you can barely tell it’s an aftermarket item!

If you’re looking for a place to work out over winter and feel good for the up and coming summer, I can’t recommend enough joining Geoff, Rach and the team down at F45 Rototuna!!

Once again just line it up on the drivers side of the trailer and you don’t even have to worry about the other side. Our 2.0M deck combined with tilted side rails makes loading any car no matter how big or wide a breeze !!
