It’s been a while since we’ve been active here - but we’re back, and we’re looking forward to reconnecting.

In the new year, we’ll begin sharing more about who we are at Shuttle Express Services Ltd: the mahi we do, the people behind it, and the awesome clients and networks we’re proud to work with. You’ll also start seeing our regular sailing schedules return, along with updates and insights to help keep your freight moving smoothly.

Dear valued customer,

You will be aware of the global pandemic currently happening affecting all aspects of life. As a result, we are dealing with staffing shortages dues to Covid and are trying to manage our staff/teams as best as we can given the situation, keeping the health and safety of our staff at the forefront.

We can appreciate that there will be times when your emails or calls are not answered in a timely manner which we apologise for this and ask that you bear with us as we work through this.

Pleas also note that our depot is also currently operating on reduced opening hours as below.
Open from 8:30am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

COOK ISLANDS change of schedule

We have been advised of the following change to the COOK ISLANDS schedule regarding Imua II V76 enacted by the shipping line.

Imua II V76 will be omitting her call into the Cook Islands. This voyage will be replaced by the Liloa II V43 with dates as follows – ETD AKL 28/02 & ETA RARO 13/03.
