Sinalei is a great resort for couples with a fantastic white sandy beach and beautifully landscaped gardens.

It’s a resort in the true sense of the word, with fantastic facilities/amenities including a golf course and a great spa and massage complex to help you unwind or relax after a tough day by the pool, on the beach or in the water!

During the months of November to April the North coast comes alive with swells coming down from Hawaii. There’s usually a wave around the 3-4ft size, with peak north swells getting up to 4-6ft as well.

The winds during these months are usually very light offshores and form the North East.
The South Coast swells are a little cleaner and more friendly around the 3-4ft range with odd bigger days.

With two of the best uncrowded waves right out in front of the resort (Salani Left and Right), beautiful meals, incredible hospitality and boat/4WD to access a dozen other breaks all around the island – what more could you want?

To maintain this quality and enjoyable guest experience, the resort hosts no more than 8 surfing guests during peak season and 10 guests during low season. They cater well for non-surfers and families with a pool and scenic island tours included in your package.

Salani has 8 air-conditioned fales (bungalows). Each unit has a large deck and is raised to receive cool ocean breezes and look directly over the lagoon towards the reef breaks.

The ocean view fales have their own en-suite with stunning rock walled bathrooms and shower flow with solar heated water.
