# Social Media Handler / Content Creator
📍 Location: Tinkune, Kathmandu

Prime Express Courier & Cargo is looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media Handler / Content Creator to join our growing team.

# # Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow Prime Express's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Capture photos and videos of company operations, customer interactions, deliveries, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Write compelling captions and marketing content that reflect the Prime Express brand.
• Respond to messages, comments, and engage with our online community.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Create basic graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Track content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to showcase services, promotions, and company updates.
# # Requirements
✅ Experience managing social media accounts and online communities.
✅ Ability to create engaging video content, reels, and short-form social media content.
✅ Basic photography and videography skills.
✅ Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
✅ Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali.
✅ Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
✅ Creative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
# # Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience in logistics, courier services, e-commerce, or service industries will be an added advantage.
