Langtang Inner Yoga Trek is a journey through the Langtang Valley where movement, breath and awareness slowly start to feel like the same thing.

At some point on this trail, things just quiet down in a way that’s hard to explain. The usual noise in the head doesn’t feel as loud. Steps feel lighter. Breathing feels more present. Nothing dramatic, just a steady return to yourself, without trying too hard.

It doesn’t feel like becoming someone new. More like noticing you were already okay underneath everything else.

Enquire now for the Langtang Inner Yoga Trek if this is the kind of journey you want to take.

There comes a point when the mountains begin to feel less like a destination and more like a mirror.

The Langtang Inner Yoga Trek is a slow and intentional journey through sacred valleys, ancient monasteries, quiet forests and Himalayan villages where life still moves in rhythm with nature. Days begin with yoga and meditation beneath snow covered peaks and end in stillness that feels deeply grounding.

This is not about disconnecting from life.
It is about reconnecting with it more honestly.

For those seeking movement with meaning, reflection without distraction and a deeper relationship with themselves, this journey offers exactly that.

If you feel called to the mountains, perhaps it is time to answer.

Set against the quiet vastness between the Manaslu Range and Annapurna Range, Himlung Expedition 2026 rises to 7,126 metres. One of Nepal’s more accessible yet demanding 7,000m ascents. A 35 day journey unfolds from Kathmandu into the remote Nar Phu Valley, where altitude builds gradually and the rhythm of expedition life takes shape.

Considered a measured step toward higher objectives, Himlung presents moderate technical terrain glacier travel, fixed lines and summit slopes reaching around 40° balanced by a strong success rate among peaks of its class. The climb calls for endurance and patience at altitude.

Himlung does not rush. It builds.

At 7,126 metres, Himlung Himal sits in the remote Nar–Phu Valley, along Nepal’s northern frontier. The approach follows a gradual progression through high-altitude villages before establishing base camp at around 4,900m, with a structured rotation across three higher camps designed for effective acclimatization and a measured summit push.

Often considered a strong entry into 7,000m expeditions, Himlung offers a balance of technical exposure and clarity of route. Suited to climbers building towards more demanding objectives while still seeking a complete expedition experience.

Himlung Expedition 2026 is planned with intent. A steady pace, defined structure and a setting that remains largely undisturbed compared to more frequented peaks.

For those looking to step higher with purpose, this is where it begins.

Himlung Himal (7,126m) rises quietly above the Nar and Phu valleys, offering a climb defined by structure and steady progression. Known for its relatively low technical difficulty, gradual ascent profile and one of the highest summit success rates among Nepal’s 7,000m peaks, it has earned its place as a dependable step toward 8,000m objectives.

The expedition follows a deliberate approach from remote village trails to a well-paced climbing period allowing the mountain to be taken on with clarity and preparation rather than haste. It is a climb that builds confidence as much as it tests endurance.

Himlung Expedition 2026 is now open. Reach out to secure your place.
