🚣♂️ We still have positions to fill in — Rafting Guide | Voss, Norway | Summer 2026
Outdoor Norway is celebrating 10 years of premium adventure tourism, and our peak season team is nearly complete. One spot remains for mid-June to mid-September.
You'd be guiding on the Urdland section of the Mighty Raundal River. This section is Norway's deepest rafting canyon, with Grade III & IV water, world-class scenery, and guests who travel from across the globe specifically for this experience.
🏔️ The base: Voss — Norway's Adventure Mecca, surrounded by fjords, mountains and waterfalls, which makes a perfect playground for avid multisporters & kayakers.
We're looking for guides who take the craft seriously:
• Rafting guide certification (Grade III +) or 3+ years equivalent experience in grade III & IV
• Whitewater kayak qualification or solid whitewater background is a strong advantage
• Valid first-aid + CPR (16-hr course within the last 3 years)
• Driver's licence Cat B (Cat D1 strongly preferred), is a strong advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English; Norwegian and additional languages a plus
Hourly compensation based on experience, certifications, and languages spoken. We're interviewing on a rolling basis — don't wait.
