ANNUAL REPORT 2025 – RENEWING OUR FLEET FOR THE FUTURE

We are proud to publish Wilson’s Annual Report 2025, including our Sustainability Statement. The report highlights our operational performance, sustainability efforts, and strategic priorities throughout the year.

During 2025, we welcomed three new vessels to the Wilson fleet, strengthening our operational capacity and efficiency — with additional newbuildings still to be delivered in the years ahead.

As we move forward, we remain committed to delivering reliable and efficient short sea shipping services while continuing our work on safety, environmental performance, and long-term value creation together with our customers and partners.

WILSON ECO V delivered 🎉

April 16th, 2026 marked another proud moment as Wilson Eco V was successfully delivered to Wilson by Udupi Cochin Shipyard Ltd (UCSL).

This is the fifth vessel in a series of six 3,800 dwt vessels on order from UCSL in India. These vessels are fully up to date with today’s environmental requirements, reflecting our commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and responsible shipping.

An impressive milestone worth highlighting is that this is the fifth Wilson Eco vessel delivered from the yard in less than 365 days. The first vessel was delivered on April 23rd, 2025, and over the past 12 months, a total of five vessels have been delivered to Wilson.

Sincere compliments to the entire UCSL team for their consistent delivery performance, quality, and hard work. The professionalism and dedication shown throughout this project deserve real recognition.

Well done to everyone involved – we look forward to the final delivery in this series, and further newbuilds down the line.

Visiting Rotterdam & Amsterdam:

Last week we stepped out of the office and into the ports where Wilson’s operations take place every day.

Aurora (Operator), Martin (Agency) and Sebastian (Communications) spent the week visiting Rotterdam and Amsterdam to gain operational insight and a closer understanding of two key ports where Wilson vessels frequently operate.

In the Port of Rotterdam – Europe’s largest port – we visited several Wilson vessels, including Wilson Grip, Wilson Nice, Jumbo and Wilson Cork. Seeing the vessels alongside the terminals provided valuable insight into the daily operations on board and the interaction between ships, terminals and port logistics.

Midweek we continued to the Port of Amsterdam, where we visited VCK’s operations at Waterland Terminal and got a closer look at cargo handling, storage and logistics in one of Europe’s important bulk hubs.

Back in Rotterdam, we also visited Thebe, Wilson Twisteden and Wilson Lahn, and had the opportunity to observe a bunker survey carried out by Quint — an interesting look into the verification process during bunkering operations.

Visits like these are a great reminder of the scale and complexity behind the logistics chains our vessels are part of every single day.

A big thank you to Robert Bravenboer, Kevin Verlaan, Robert Tak and the rest of our colleagues in Rotterdam (Wilson Agency B.V) for the warm welcome.

And a special thanks to all our colleagues at sea – thank you for your time, the conversations and the great moments we shared on board.

WILSON ECO IV delivered – built for the future of short sea shipping!

The vessel was built at Udupi Cochin Shipyard Ltd in India and officially named during a ceremony where Silje Christine Fløysand, employee at Wilson ASA, had the honour of serving as godmother.

“After many years working for Wilson, I feel proud to take part in this important tradition, which marks the beginning of her life at sea.”
— Silje Christine Fløysand

Designed by Conoship International B.V., WILSON ECO IV combines advanced technology with high operational flexibility and is prepared for future solutions such as wind-assisted propulsion. Like her sister vessels, she operates well below the IMO’s 2025 requirements for energy efficiency.

🔹 WILSON ECO IV is part of Wilson’s newbuilding program of modern, energy-efficient vessels, with deliveries continuing through 2028.

WILSON ECO I recently called at Straume and visited Bergen Port, giving colleagues from shore the opportunity to step on board and see the first vessel in the ECO series up close.

Groups from the office were welcomed by the crew and given a guided tour of the vessel, offering valuable insight into the ship’s design and solutions on board.

Thank you to the crew for the warm welcome and for taking the time to share their knowledge and experience 💙

Wilson Dieppe was in port at Dokken, Bergen yesterday. It was a real pleasure meeting the crew on board – great conversations, warm smiles, and true seafaring spirit.

Seeing a Wilson vessel in Bergen, with snow-covered Mount Ulriken rising beautifully in the background, made the moment complete. Wishing you all a safe and smooth voyage ahead 🌟

Happy New Year from all of us at Wilson!

To open the year, we’re sharing a moment from last November - the loading of a Menck Hammer in Hamburg. It’s a good reminder of the skill and teamwork behind our operations. Thank you to our colleagues and partners. We look forward to what the new year brings ✨
