The polar night officially ended on January 12th in Finnsnes.
About a week ago, the sun finally reached the harbour for the first time this year.
Experiencing the polar night has been interesting, but honestly, we were more than ready for the sun’s return.
It really feels like our energy is coming back with the light ⚡🤗🤸‍♂️

Had some great days exploring Senja on skis together with our friends from ❄️⛷️

​We don't have any skis on the boat, but luckily we discovered that Norway has this great system called 'Utstyrsbanken'. It’s a place where you can borrow outdoor gear for a week at a time, completely free. Most municipalities in Norway have one (sometimes called BUA) and it makes getting outside so much more accessible.

​One of the many reasons we love travelling in Norway ❤️🇳🇴
