We are hiring Sea Kayaking guides for our 2026 season, running from April 6th to September 30th.
Great location, fantastic staff, competitive pay, lots of opportunity for personal growth, and most of all, Great tours and clients. Tours range from 4 hours to 7 days in duration.
Full-season first-year guides in 2025 earned, on average, £ 5,000-£ 6,500 monthly before taxation and expenses. Expect 5-day workweeks during the shoulder seasons and possibly 6-day workweeks during the peak season. I'd be happy to provide contact details for references.
For the right candidates, we will contribute 2/3 of the costs for upgrading your vehicle license to Class D1E or D prior to work starting. Not a requirement, but a great offer worth considering.

Full season first year guides in 2023 made on average GBP 25.000-30.000 prior to taxation and expenses. Our 2023 interns made GBP 18-20.000 for a 5 month contract with training provided. Expect 5 day work weeks during shoulder seasons and possibly 6 day weeks during peak season. Happy to send contact details for references.

We are hiring for our Frontdesk/ Backoffice positions - this is a very dynamic position that require flexibility, efficiency and previous experience in customer facing roles and replying to e-mails. Your workday is divided into roughly 60% of your time spend on back office related tasks, the remaining spent at our frontdesk managing check-ins, inquiries and coordinating tours.

Become our new Base Manager! Duties involve managing our kitchen and base staff in general and ensure our operation is running smooth. This is a hands on position which require you to be organized, efficient and good in planning. You will work with a small team of 3-6 staff on a daily basis.
English spoken to a high level is a must. This position begins Mid to late April.

We got lots of snow in the mountains this year, providing fantastic views and unique hiking opportunities on our springtime Sea Kayaking and Hiking trips. The contrast from the campsite with green lush vegetation to the snow covered landscape high above is best experienced during May and June before most of the snow has melted away.

As we are entering March, soon winter is going to loose its grip of the Fjord landscape. Next comes waterfalls, green grass meadows and yellow flowers as spring is about to arrive. Our spring trips starting next months will allow you to experience this magic time of transition. Tours head out starting April 9th.
