Als Technical Support Engineer bij RAXTAR ben jij het eerste technische aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale klanten. Je analyseert vraagstukken rondom liften, onderdelen en software en zorgt dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden.

Je schakelt met Engineering, vertaalt vragen naar oplossingen en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Dankzij jouw werk blijven installaties draaien en kunnen projecten wereldwijd doorgaan.

🏗️ Different projects, different demands

What works in one environment doesn’t always fit another.

For an industrial project in Utah, one of our hoists is being installed as a permanent elevator. Here, simplicity and reliability are key, tailored to long-term use.

At the same time, another hoist is being used as a test setup for our RX Control data system. This allows teams to explore functionality, configurations and performance in detail.

Two different applications, one common goal: safe and reliable vertical movement.

Als Customer Project Coördinator bij RAXTAR zorg je dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat projecten wereldwijd door kunnen blijven draaien.

Je start je dag met lopende aanvragen en projecten. Een klant heeft een vraag over spare parts, een offerte moet opgevolgd worden en er komt een serviceaanvraag binnen. Jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles wordt opgepakt.

Gedurende de dag schakel je tussen klanten en collega’s. Je verwerkt orders in SAP, stemt af met interne teams en bewaakt de voortgang. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

Je denkt mee over oplossingen, adviseert over service en onderdelen en ziet commerciële kansen wanneer ze zich voordoen. Dankzij jouw werk verlopen processen soepel en blijven projecten draaien.

Een rol waarin je organiseert, schakelt en direct impact hebt op klanttevredenheid en projectresultaat.

At 205 meters, the Central Business Tower is rising fast on the Frankfurt skyline.

In close collaboration with our valued partner Scan-Rent GmbH, who are delivering a strong and professional ex*****on on site, two RX3245HF hoists in operation, we ensure continuous and controlled vertical transport, supporting site logistics and keeping construction phases moving forward without disruption:

RAXTAR at 40 Holborn Viaduct, London 💪

At 40 Holborn Viaduct, McLaren Construction Group is transforming an existing commercial building into a future-ready workspace in the heart of London’s Midtown. A complex inner-city refurbishment where sustainability, modern functionality and efficient ex*****on come together.

Projects in dense urban environments demand more than standard solutions. Limited site access and continuous site activity require vertical access systems that can be installed efficiently while maintaining safe and reliable operations throughout the project.

For this project, RAXTAR supports McLaren Construction Group with a twin SMART Series hoist (RXS2340), designed to support refurbishment logistics in constrained conditions:
• Serving 12 landings up to approximately 36 meters (118 ft)
• Efficient installation suited for limited site access
• Reliable performance for continuous people and material flow

The setup is complemented by RX Vision with a 360 camera kit, an anemometer for site condition monitoring, supporting controlled, safe and transparent operations on site.

As the redevelopment progresses, dependable vertical access remains essential to keep work moving in a challenging inner-city setting.
