🌊🎨 When meets creativity
Beyond the ocean experience and the All-inclusive concept, the Blue Mind retreats at home are all about slowing down and giving your mind a rest.
During these weeks where we host a maximum of 6 people, I want to share something with you that brings me so much joy in my daily life: being creative.
I’m Marine, and I don’t have an art degree. What I did discover, though, is how deeply meditative standard manual activities can be… as long as you let go of the end result and the natural tendency to want the perfect result…
Here, there’s zero pressure to create a masterpiece, or achieve perfection. We create purely for the joy of creating, disconnecting, and truly soaking in the present moment. It’s really doesn’t matter what medium we use whether we’re experimenting with watercolour drawing,travel sketchbook journalling Lionel cut printing, or assembling creations from our becoming finds….
What truly counts is the creative process itself, easing the mind and letting you enjoy a quiet pause.
Jord and I can’t wait to welcome you home. 🏠✨

❤️ Time flies when your having fun right!?
⏰7 years ago we’ve started with the first Surfy Family weeks. Chris and Claudia (whom are currently staying with us again) were our first guests at an improvised summer setup in Quiberon. Amazing to realise that we are now 7 years further…Let’s say the kids are much bigger while we haven’t changed a bit, ghehe!
🙏 We love to see our kids blending with our guests while having fun in the ocean, play and make new friends time after time!

❤️Als alles begint samen te komen weet je dat je op de goede weg bent. Het flowt! Tussen ons en Vaaren, de Blue Mind Tribe en zo ook met Dreams!
👉Al sinds jaren ligt onze focus meer op het beleven van het moment ( en dat delen ) dan op het werken naar doelen. Door in de natuur te bewegen en uitdagingen aan te gaan vinden we natuurlijke en vaak kinderlijk enthousiasme en ontspanning. En wat willen we eigenlijk nog meer dan dat? Nouja wij houden wel van een lekker bordje eten en een fijn gesprek rondom de tafel of tijdens een hike. Al met al merken we dat in deze eenvoud voor onszelf en onze gasten vaak het antwoord of inzicht ligt voor de lastigere dingen van het leven. Simpel en eerlijk. Echt en natuurlijk!
🤙Wees welkom voor dit en meer tijdens de Dreams of de Blue Mind Tribe week dit najaar. Als je liever op een ander moment wilt komen of voor een meer budget optie dan is de Surf & Stay een goede. Vanaf 2 deelnemers ( data op afstemming ) staat er een welkomst diner klaar en neemt Jord je mee voor een dagelijkse activiteit, een bakkie en een babbeltje.
